I finally looked up the 4chan thing and I DON’T FUCKING GET IT.
Who CARES if they somehow manage to hack a giant website (which I guarantee they’ll have a hard time doing, sites guard against that kind of shit) and mess up your stuff for a day? Do you REALLY care that much about a stupid website that you can’t live without it for one freaking day while they slow things down and mess with you? That’s assuming they’ll even get in…I don’t think anybody realizes it but even someone as “skilled” as what you all claim these people to be is going to have a hard time getting into a site millions of users strong like Tumblr. It’s not like they’ve never thought of someone wanting to hack before. AND THEIR PLANS ARE ALL OVER THE INTERNET—YOU CAN SEE WHAT THEY’RE GOING TO DO. Tumblr knows what’s going to happen and they have plenty of time to block it, so it’s really doubtful that it will do more than cause a small ripple for a minute or two. And, So WHAT if they’ve found somebody’s contact information (or whatever the “real reason to be worried” is)—that tells me that person was probably really loose with her personal information. Fuck, I could probably find your contact information if I had a little time; you guys act like it’s really hard. If you don’t want to be contacted, don’t put your shit up online and nobody will find it, easy as that.
Seriously, just grow a pair and get over it.

Orbit, a common barn owl, was given the toy by Lyndsey Wood, his carer at Folly Farm, near Narberth in West Wales.
